How do I use Trello?

For Project Management and CRM, we use a software tool called "Trello". This article describes how we use it.

Moving forward, we expect that you are already familiar with the fundamentals of Trello.

Summary

  1. We use the Restaurant Tour Board (found here)
    1. This is where you find all scheduled Tours
    2. Lists represents the 'phase' a tour is in
    3. A card represents a single Tour
  2. Optional: the Restaurant Pipeline Board (found here)
    1. Where you manage 'your' restaurants
    2. Lists represents what stage of enlisting a restaurant is in
    3. A card represents a restaurant
  3. You assign yourself to cards that you are working with (both Tour-cards and Restaurant-cards)
  4. You are responsible for
    1. dragging the cards to the correct list
    2. adding relevant information in the cards
