Can I still cancel?

Why cancelling your participation in The Restaurant Tour isn't possible and what to do if issues arise.

We understand that situations may arise where you’d want to cancel your participation in The Restaurant Tour.

However, cancellation is not possible. Here’s why:

  1. Careful Selection
    Your restaurant was selected for its unique culinary offer, and we’ve invested significant time in inviting and onboarding you.

  2. Time Constraints
    Last-minute cancellations leave us without enough time to find a replacement restaurant.

  3. Preparation Efforts
    After your confirmation, we’ve done substantial work promoting your restaurant, coordinating with guests, and managing logistics with other restaurants.

  4. Ticket Sales
    Hundreds of tickets may already have been sold, making changes to the lineup both operationally and financially unfeasible.

  5. Professionalism
    Cancelling late can appear unprofessional to guests and other participating restaurants, potentially harming your reputation as well as ours.

  6. Trust
    Your participation is expected by guests, other restaurants, and the organisers. Cancelling can damage that trust.
