If scanning doesn't work

When visitors don't have their tickets with them or when the app 

Guestlist as an alternative for scanning

If scanning isn’t an option, you can use the guest list. If the guest is on this list you can assume they have a valid ticket.

  1. Tap the event card
  2. Tap "Guestlist" in the menu to view the list of all visitors with a valid ticket
  3. Use the search bar on top of the screen to look for a visitor by name or order number.
  4. Use the three dots next to a visitor's entry to manually mark the ticket as scanned.

This is a useful backup method when scanning fails or if a visitor forgets their ticket.
