- 4.5 oz or 125 grams in total
 - Focus on the main ingredient, not the starches
 - Don't overdo it, visitors eat 6 dishes in 1 afternoon
 
One Matching Drink
- Wine: 125 ml (preferably no house wines)
 
OR
- Sparkling wine (max. one per tour): 125 ml
 
OR
- Craft beer (max. of two per tour): a half pint (no lagers)

- High quality cocktail (max. of two per tour)
