Scanning tickets

Good to know, when scanning visitor tickets

You only need to scan once per order, regardless of the number of people on the ticket.

Each visitor has an e-ticket in the Restaurant Tour Visitor App. They’ll show you a QR-code when they arrive in your restaurant.

Use the big square "Scan" button on the bottom of the screen to open the camera and scan the ticket.

After scanning, the following details will appear:

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Number of people on the ticket
  • Dietary requirements (if applicable)

Different scan results

When scanning tickets, you may encounter several outcomes:

  • Valid Ticket: The ticket is successfully scanned, and the visitor can enter.
  • Ticket Already Scanned: The ticket has been previously scanned, and entry should not be granted again.
  • Cancelled Ticket: The ticket is invalid or has been cancelled, and the visitor should not be admitted.

Incorrect results do occur! If the visitors persist they have a valid ticket, check the guest list. You can find instructions for accessing the guest list here.
