Survey

Within their e-ticket, visitors have a survey linked to your restaurant.

Visitors give a 1 to 5 star rating on the following subjects:

1. Dish
2. Drink
3. Combination
4. Atmosphere
5. Ambiance

In the week following the Tour, the results are published in the app.

1. Tap the event card
2. Scroll down to "survey results"
3. Check your survey results (scored 1 to 10)

Scrolling down shows the other restaurants, if you tap the restaurants' name you can check their scores.

Comments are not published at this time, but rather discussed during the evaluation with the agent.
