Why do I need to submit my dish and wine?
This ensures that no two restaurants serve the same dish or wine.
Participating in The Restaurant Tour is about making a lasting impression on a premium audience, and it's less impactful if multiple restaurants offer the same menu.
To maintain variety, we coordinate in advance to make sure each restaurant is serving something unique.
What do guests know?
The dishes and drinks are kept a surprise for guests. Only you, the agent and we are aware of what’s being served.
When should you submit?
We set a deadline of two weeks before the Tour to ensure that each restaurant serves something different. If any overlaps occur, there will still be time to make changes. The earlier you submit, the more options you’ll have.
We follow a first come, first served principle.
What should I serve?
You will be assigned either a fish or meat dish in advance, which you can find on your dashboard or in the app. If you'd like to swap with another restaurant, that’s allowed.
Want to serve a vegetarian dish? Just let us know. We allow a maximum of two vegetarian options per Tour.
How to submit?
The easiest way to submit your dish, wine pairing, and vegetarian alternative is through the app or the website. This also lets you see what other restaurants have submitted, ensuring variety.
