To prepare you as good as possible, your agent will schedule an onboarding session
This is a 1-hour (usually a one-on-one) meeting, where your agent will go over all necessary details with you. The goal of the onboarding is to prepare you, so you can get the most out of the Restaurant Tour.
Of course, you can reach out to your agent and schedule one yourself!
When will this be scheduled?
Between 2 to 4 weeks prior to the Tour.
What will be discussed?
The main talking points are:
- Who to expect: target group and numbers
- What do the visitors expect
- Example dishes
- Important dates
- How to use the app and website
- Event flow: scanning, seating and more
- Customer feedback
- Financials
- Tips and tricks
Who should attend?
Whoever is operationally responsible and/or present during the Tour.
